Christian Life Coach Certification
We are proud to offer this program leading to certification as a Christian Life Coach - CCLC. Our instructors are certified trainers with more than 100 years combined experience in life coaching.
In a great collaboration and partnership, this certification is recognized and accredited by Hope for the Heart and the International Christian Coaching Institute. Graduates may become members of ICCI for half off the application fee and receive automatic recognition as Certified Associate Christian Life Coach (CACLC), or Certified Professional Christian Life Coach (CPCLC), or Certified Master Christian Life Coach (CMCLC) depending on demonstrated life coaching experience.
Graduates of our CPE Supervisor Educator-Coach or DMin in Pastoral Supervision receive automatic recognition as a Certified Master Christian Life Coach.
This is a program of 4 courses, each one is 12-weeks, offered quarterly.
Successful graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion and 40 hours of CEU for each course.

This is a wonderful program that can lead to a credential from Christian Chaplains & Coaching. Become a Certified Christian Life Coach (CCLC). This course will help you mentor and coach others well. It will benefit anyone interested in developing better mentoring skills, serving in ministry, and vocational coaching in your own practice.
This program requires four courses to complete. Each course is available each calendar quarter starting January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
Courses will require 40 hours each to complete, 160 total hours.

COURSE 1: Introducing Christian Life Coaching and DISC Temperament Assessment for Christians
DISC helps people understand why the act the way they do
In this course you will learn about life coaching and what makes it distinctly Christian. You will learn to use our proprietary DISC For Christians temperament assessment for self-awareness in your coaching. This assessment helps you and your clients learn why you act the way you do! Required textbook for this course is Christian Coaching by Dr. Gary Collins. In this first course you will also read Hearing Beyond the Words by Emma Justice.
COURSE 2: Building on Life Coaching with Spiritual Gifts and StrengthsFinder
Spiritual Gifts and Strengths help people understand what God is equipping them to do
In this course you will go deeper into self-awareness in your coaching. You will learn to use our proprietary Spiritual Gift Assessment which helps you understand what God is equipping you for. The StrengthsFinder 2.0 Assessment will be used to go deeper in understanding natural strengths that can be honed into skills. You will continue your study of Christian Coaching by Dr. Gary Collins.
COURE 3: Learn to Build Effective Teams with Core Values
Core Values help people understand why they do the things they do
In this course you will continue your journey into self-awareness as you learn to help clients orient toward a better future. Here you will learn to use our proprietary Core Values Assessment which helps you understand why you do the things you do. It is a crucial tool in understanding personal motivation and how to work well on a team based on shared core values. It will answer the question, "What do I do, and what might we do together?" You will continue with the textbook Christian Coaching by Dr. Gary Collins.
COURSE 4: Learn the Importance of Leadership as Influence in Coaching
Leadership Assessment helps people learn to influence others with the right leadership style
In this fourth and final course you will learn all about servant leadership and influencing people toward a better future. Coaching is always future focused, guiding others toward the life of the dreams as inspired by their creator. You will learn to use our proprietary Leadership Styles Assessment which will help you understand your most and least preferred styles. More importantly, how to use the style best needed to serve the person you are leading, even if it makes you uncomfortable. You will finish the Christian Coaching by Dr. Gary Collins and study through Lead Like Jesus Revisited by Ken Blanchard.
