We offer CPE from an unapologetically Biblical Christian Worldview. While teaching exclusively to the learning outcomes expected in the 29 Common Qualifications established by the Board Certified Chaplain Institute (BCCI), our learning outcomes also teach the 5 evangelical distinctives required by the National Association of Evangelicals Chaplain Commission - a Christian Board Certifying Agency.
We offer a CPE Supervisor Educator-Coach program to prepare candidates for certification as a Master Christian Life Coach, Clinical Pastoral Supervisor, and to teach Clinical Pastoral Education. Candidates will learn how to teach CPE to the learning outcomes expected of the 29 Common Qualification of BCCI and the 5 evangelical distinctives of the National Association of Evangelicals.
Our teachers and Supervisor Educator-Coaches will hold students accountable to the pursuit of excellence. Meeting deadlines, quality work, and commitment to learning are part of our DNA - our culture.
Our desire is to give our students a process they can follow that will enhance their understanding of the material. Intuitive, step by step, steady guidance forward. A process that becomes a workable plan that guides our students across the finish line to graduation.
We have a heart for helping our students make genuine progress at becoming a better person, an excellent spiritual care provider, and a reliable servant of Christ. We will listen to our students so we can coach them toward a better future and to help them grow. In this, we help our students learn to pass this ability on to others.
We are dedicated to the hard work of study and want our students to experience both life change and joy in the learning. The work is expected to be hard, the transformational experience is expected to be challenging. The rewards should produce the kind of Joy that Jesus promised to His followers who learn to follow Him well.
