Our Mission

Our mission is to provide Christ-centered higher education that equips Christian chaplains and ministry leaders for effective spiritual and pastoral care through Clinical Pastoral Education and the Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Supervision, while also providing non-credit continuing education and certification training for Christian Chaplains & Coaching.

We offer non-credit bearing courses and certification programs to assist ministry professionals in their pastoral and spiritual care settings.

Pre-requisite for admission:

Minimum of Master's degree in divinity, ministry, or theology. Four completed units of Clinical Pastoral Education. Certification as: Board Certified Chaplain, or Board Endorsed Clinical Chaplain, or Certified Clinical Chaplain.

SUP 811 Foundations of Supervision 8 Credits

MCLC 811 Master Christian Life Coach: Personality 1 Credit

SUP 812 Education and Methodology in Supervision 8 Credits

MCLC 812 Master Christian Life Coach: Spiritual Gifts & Strengths 1 Credit

SUP 813 Leadership and Relational Development 8 Credits

MCLC 813 Master Christian Life Coach: Core Values 1 Credit

SUP 814 Advanced Supervision, Systems, Integration 8 Credits

MCLC 814 Master Christian Life Coach: Leadership 1 Credit

DMIN 912 Doctoral Project Paper 4 Credits

FOUR COURSEWORK SEMESTERS, FOLLOWED BY DMIN FINAL PROJECT

Payment Options

Option 1. Credit or Debit Card:

We offer this as a convenience to our students. However, the transaction fees we are charged must be pass along to our students at 3% additional cost.

Option 2: ACH Bank Payment:

We can accept ACH payments directly from your bank. You will need to provide the appropriate account and routing number to process. The fee for this is a flat $5.00 charge.

Option 3: Pay by Check:

We are happy to accept pay by check at zero cost or additional fee. Simply request pay by check and we will provide an invoice. Your application will be on hold until payment is received.

The non-refundable Technology and Library fee is required to reserve your spot in a class.

We maintain small class size and have limited space available for each course.

Non-Refundable Fees: 

  • Application Fee: $25 
  • Library & Technology Fee: $375


Refundable Tuition

  • Before classes begin: 100% refund 
  • Week 1: 75% refund 
  • Week 2: 50% refund 
  • Weeks 3–4: 25% refund 
  • After Week 4: No refund 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar’s Office.
